The aim of this day is to enjoy one of our local lochs and discover Stand Up Paddleboarding essential skills and start to learn about the essential safety elements.

Fleece/insulated jacket
Vacuum Flask & Water Bottle
Packed lunch & food for the day
Sun cream – you just never know!
Sunhat and sun glasses
Insect repellent – it may be midgey!
Spare towel
